Former LSU WR Odell Beckham is quickly becoming an international superstar, but he’ll certainly have to stay healthy to keep that trend up.
Beckham collided with cornerback Janoris Jenkins during Sunday’s practice, and he had to leave the field with cuts on his leg.
“He’s probably going to be sore for a couple days,” Giants head coach Ben McAdoo told reporters after practice, via NFL.com.
Beckham was going after a deep ball against Jenkins when he landed awkwardly. He required attention from the trainers and stayed on the field for a bit walking gingerly on his left leg. He eventually took a cart back to the training facility before practice was over.
Following practice,McAdoo said he just got “cleated.”
Thankfully, it doesn’t look like Beckham’s injury will keep him out long.
