Offensive lineman out of Tennessee has 8 SEC teams in his top 10

Cordova (Tenn.) OT Jerome Carvin seems to have a pretty good idea of which conference he wants to join. He’s wide open, however, on which team.
Carvin revealed his top 10 on Twitter, and it’s loaded with SEC teams. Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Mississippi State, Missouri, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee all make the cut, along with Memphis and Michigan. The 3-star tackle says the list will be trimmed to five prior to taking his official visits.
Interestingly missing from Carvin’s top 10 is Kentucky. On Carvin’s 247Sports recruiting profile, the Wildcats were listed in the top four along with Alabama, Louisville and Tennessee. Perhaps the Tennessee product has decided against taking his talents to the Bluegrass State.
A pair of experts on 247Sports have Crystal Ball projections that Carvin will sign with Alabama. Carvin currently measures 6-foot-4, 325 pounds. His highlights can be viewed below:
