The Kentucky Wildcats will have to deal with the decommitment of a WR from their 2018 class.

Meechi Harris, a WR from Xenia, Ohio, announced Tuesday that he has decommitted from the Wildcats. He thanked the coaching staff and said it was simply his decision and not related to the coaching staff at all.

Rated as a 3-star WR, Harris has both size and speed. He is listed at 6-foot-2 and 188 pounds with a 4.44 40-yard dash time at 247 Sports. He is the No. 20 player out of the state of Ohio for 2018.

Harris has also received offers from Cincinnati and a host of Big 10 schools.
