Out of Homestead (Florida) High School, Mills is listed as measuring 6-1, 170 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Mills is rated 4-stars, the No. 12 wide receiver, No. 13 recruit in the state of Florida and No. 88 prospect overall in the Class of 2025.
Mills drew interest from top programs all over the country. Arkansas, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Mizzou, Ole Miss, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M are among the programs that showed interest.
Late last month, Mills narrowed it down to a final five of Oklahoma, Florida, LSU, Clemson and Nebraska. He took official visits to all 5 schools, making his stop in Norman in mid-June and documenting it on social media.
