Oklahoma State president takes another shot at Oklahoma over reported SEC move

It seems Oklahoma moving from the Big 12 to the SEC is just about a done deal.
That, obviously, is bad news for Oklahoma State, as the Cowboys now face an uncertain future when it comes to their athletic programs.
Oklahoma State’s president, Dr. Kayse Shrum, hasn’t been shy of sharing her anger at Oklahoma. On Monday afternoon, she torched the Sooners in a series of tweets, saying Oklahoma “broke a bond of trust between our universities in existence for decades”:
We believe these conversations, which developed over a long period of time, are in clear breach of the bylaws of the Big 12 Conference and broke a bond of trust between our universities in existence for decades.

Over the last few days, I have received countless phone calls, texts and emails from high-ranking officials and members of the Cowboy family showing their support for OSU as we navigate the road ahead. Regardless of what comes next, OSU is dedicated to the State of Oklahoma.

No strong statement from Oklahoma State is going to keep the Sooners from doing what’s best for the Sooners, so these comments are going to go unheeded.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens with the Cowboys moving forward, but they’ll need to act quickly to secure their athletic future.
