Patrick Peterson snags long pick-6 against Chicago Bears

Patrick Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings won’t be playing in the NFL playoffs starting next week.

But, they’re going out with a bang against the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon.

As you can see below, Bears QB Andy Dalton threw a pass up for grabs on a 4th-down play late in the fourth quarter. Peterson, the former LSU star, stepped in front of it and scampered to the end zone for a pick-6:

That was Peterson’s first interception of the season, and he certainly made the most of it, returning it 66 yards for the game-clinching score.

We’ll see what the future holds for the former LSU star.
