Arrest warrants were issued this week for former Georgia DB Deandre Baker and former Florida DB Quinton Dunbar, stemming from a May 13 incident in Florida.

They were each charged with some serious offenses, with Baker facing 4 counts of armed robbery with a firearm and 4 counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. Dunbar’s warrant is for 4 counts of Armed Robbery with a firearm.

On Saturday, Dunbar’s attorney, Michael Grieco, announced his client had surrendered to police:

Dunbar’s attorney’s statement is much stronger than that of Baker’s, which is interesting. Grieco mentions the COVID-19 pandemic as a big concern with Dunbar sitting in jail.

We’ll see what happens next, but for now, both Baker and Dunbar are reportedly in custody following the serious allegations stemming from earlier this week.
