Watching your kids play sports (or do anything, for that matter) can be stressful. You’re hoping they succeed and also that they don’t get hurt, among other things.
Oakland coach Jack Del Rio spoke to reporters about his son, Florida QB Luke Del Rio, on Tuesday.
He echoed the sentiments of many parents, saying it’s very stressful for him to watch Luke play for the Gators:
"That's harder than anything I do. There's no question about it. Coaching, playing, no problem." #Raiders coach JDR on watching Luke play.

If Jack is able to catch Luke’s game this weekend, he’ll likely be even more stressed out, as it’s a big rivalry game for the Gators.
Florida takes on Georgia on Saturday in The World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party (or the River City Showdown, if you’d rather call it that). Watch along with Jack at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time on CBS.
