Rece Davis and the ESPN “College GameDay” crew arrived in Austin for the Saturday morning show ahead of the Alabama-Texas game.
The host of the popular pregame show offered his reaction to a possible upset of Alabama by QB Quinn Ewers given his parking issue at last week’s game.
“If Quinn Ewers leads the Longhorns to an upset of Alabama, he can park by that clock tower, he can park right in the middle of the LBJ Library from this point for the rest of his life. He’s got parking carte blanche,” Davis said.
Davis was referring to Ewers’ writing on Twitter last week that his car was towed during the Longhorns’ game last week. ESPN’s Pete Thamel later reported that there was a parking pass mix-up between the quarterback and his family and he put the wrong pass on his Porsche.
Chatting with @ReceDavis this morning. His thoughts on if @QuinnEwers leads Texas to an upset win over No. 1 Alabama:
