It appears LSU has gotten some huge news for 2016.
Sources have told Sonny Shipp of Geaux247 four-star DT Edwin Alexander has gotten the test score he needs, a recent score of 19 on the ACT, to qualify for the 2016 season at LSU. If true, Alexander’s next step will be a review by the NCAA Clearinghouse.
Alexander, who measures 6-foot-2, 310 pounds, was rated the No. 8 defensive tackle and No. 4 Louisiana prospect of the 2016 class. He is expected to contribute as a freshman, likely at nose tackle, if granted eligibility.
