Changes are reportedly coming to Sam Pittman’s Arkansas Razorback coaching staff.

Zach Barnett of FootballScoop is reporting that Arkansas is expected to hire a new defensive line coach. Barnett writes that Derrick LeBlanc has been looking to return to the NFL, so Pittman will bring on Jermial Ashley from Tulsa.

Ashley spent the last six seasons coaching Tulsa’s defensive line. Prior to that, he was at Trinity Valley Community College in Texas for two seasons.

Ashley played college football at Tyler Junior College, where he earned All-America honors, and Kansas, where he was recognized as an All-Big 12 selection. After graduating at KU in 2008, Ashley signed with the Cleveland Browns and spent some time in private business before getting into coaching in 2010 at Oklahoma State.

Barnett writes that Ashley’s hiring is expected to be one of multiple staff moves made by Pittman this week.
