It appears the Alabama Crimson Tide have found their new strength coach to replace Scott Cochran.

On Saturday, it was reported that Alabama had offered the position to Indiana’s David Ballou, and now, it seems Ballou will act.

Per FootballScoop.com, Ballou is expected to make the move to Tuscaloosa:

Sources tell FootballScoop Indiana director of athletic performance David Ballou has accepted Nick Saban’s offer to be the new strength coach for Alabama football.

Cochran was making $600,000 per season with the Crimson Tide. No word yet on how much money Ballou will make each year.

Now, Indiana will have to find a replacement for Ballou, who played fullback for the Hoosiers during his playing days.
