Back in December, Ole Miss QB Kade Renfro entered the NCAA transfer portal to explore his options to play elsewhere.

Now, it seems he has made his decision, and he’s staying in the SEC West.

Per 247Sports, Renfro will move from Oxford to Fayetteville to join the Arkansas program as a walk-on:

Former Ole Miss quarterback Kade Renfro is transferring to Arkansas as a walk-on, sources confirmed to HawgSports.com late Friday evening. Renfro essentially announced the move himself by changing his Instagram bio information on Friday. He will walk-on at Arkansas.

Renfro was a 3-star pro-style QB prospect in the class of 2020. He was the No. 38 pro-style quarterback in the 2020 class and the No. 128 overall recruit from the state of Texas, per the 247Sports composite rankings.
