Where the case against former Alabama LB Reuben Foster ends up nobody knows at this point.
Foster is currently being kept away from San Francisco’s team facility following the domestic assault accusation that he hit his ex-girlfriend Elissa Ennis. Ennis, however, changed her story since the initial accusation to say that Foster actually didn’t hit her and said that she was attacked by another woman. And she claims there’s video to prove it.
On Thursday, Ennis finally testified and said she made the whole thing up and that Foster didn’t hit her once, according to Cam Inman, the 49ers reporter for the Bay Area News. Ennis also said “it was all a money scheme.”
Reuben Foster’s accuser just gave extensive testimony, says he did not hit her once and actually she struck him with hanger.

Reuben Foster’s ex-girlfriend Elissa Ennis testifies:
“It was all a money scheme. I didn’t want to get this far in the news. It was about money.”
She fled home to Louisiana after Foster arrested 2/11 and she took with her Foster’s money and jewelry which is in a safe deposit box— Cam Inman (@CamInman) May 17, 2018
It’s worth noting that even if Foster is not charged or convicted, the NFL can still suspend him due to the league’s conduct policy.
