Samson Okunlola, 5-star SEC OL target in class of 2023, announces commitment date

Samson Okunlola has announced that he is just days from making his college decision.

The 5-star offensive tackle from Massachusetts is a priority recruit nationally and boasts 45 offers. He previously revealed in June a top 9 that included Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, along with future SEC program Oklahoma. He has now set a commitment date and time of Dec. 15 at 4 p.m. ET at his high school, Thayer Academy.

Okunlola is set to make an official visit to Florida beginning on Friday. He was on the Miami campus for an official visit in June before making an unofficial visit in November. Alabama hosted him on an official in June as well, a week after he was at Michigan State.

Along with Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Oklahoma, his finalists include Michigan State, Oregon, Penn State, Ohio State, and Miami.
