In our recent round of surveys of each of the 14 SEC fanbases, we asked fans to let us know which campuses and stadiums around the conference are at the top of their lists.

Here are the results of which SEC stadiums fans want to visit the most:

  • Florida, Georgia and Tennessee are consistently the top three stadiums that fans across the conference want to visit in the east. Interestingly, Mississippi State fans had Tennessee as the No. 1 east destination while rival Ole Miss fans had Tennessee third behind Georgia and Florida. In most cases, the top two were Tennessee and Georgia with Florida as the third selection.
  • When Florida fans were asked to choose which SEC East stadium they prefer to visit, South Carolina edged out Tennessee (Georgia game is on a neutral site, so it was left out). Perhaps the presence of Spurrier in Columbia, S.C., helps give South Carolina the nod over Neyland and Knoxville.
  • When asked to choose the SEC West school that you would like to visit most, each time, fans chose Ole Miss, LSU and Alabama as the top three stadiums and campuses to visit. The three schools often combined for 75-80% of the vote with the remaining west schools receiving votes in the single digits.
  • When fans were given the opportunity to select from all 14 SEC stadiums and campuses, LSU’s Tiger Stadium was easily the winner with 29% of the vote. The other top stadiums receiving votes were Alabama’s Bryant-Denny Stadium (14%), Texas A&M’s Kyle Field (12%) and Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium (11%).
