When it comes to the NFL Draft, the SEC has dominated the event during the 21st century, sending more players to the league than any other conference.
Thus, it should come as no surprise that, heading into the 2020 season, the SEC has more players on NFL rosters than any other FBS conference.
As you can see below, there are 348 former SEC athletes on NFL squads this fall. The Big Ten is in second place with 264 active NFL players:

Alabama (57), LSU (42) and Florida (38) have the most players on NFL rosters from the SEC. In fact, if you add those 3 schools up, there are 137 NFL players — more than the entire Big 12.
The SEC motto is “It Just Means More,” and that certainly applies when it comes to sending players to the NFL.
