The SEC isn’t known as a quarterback league, per se, but in 2016, it’s home to three of the strongest arms in college football, according to NFL.com, who ranked the top 16.

Ole Miss signal caller Chad Kelly was rated as having the strongest arm in the country. He threw for 4,042 yards and 31 touchdowns in a record-setting 2015 season, and it’s rare that quarterbacks with huge seasons like Kelly’s return for another year. Fans need to enjoy watching Kelly in 2016. He can really spin it.

Here’s what NFL.com says about Kelly:

There’s recent video proof of Kelly’s arm strength, not that we needed more convincing about his ability in that area. The Rebels quarterback last week posted a clip to Instagram of him chucking a ball 76 yards down the field after a five-yard running start. Kelly — the nephew of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jim Kelly — made a lot of his hay making challenging throws outside the numbers in his first season as Ole Miss’ starter last year. He had a completion percentage of 64.9 on throws outside the numbers and had 35 20-yard completions outside the numbers in 2015, leading all Power Five QBs in both categories, per ESPN.

Tennessee quarterback Joshua Dobbs was ranked No. 11, and he’s really known as a dual-threat signal caller above all else. Dobbs threw for 2,291 yards and 15 touchdowns, while rushing for 671 yards and 11 touchdowns. Dobbs heads a very talented and experienced team in Tennessee this coming season, as the Vols will likely be the favorite to win the SEC East.

In a bit of surprise, Florida freshman quarterback Feleipe Franks was the final player on the ranking at No. 16. The site cited Franks throwing a pass 78 yards last weekend at the Quarterback Retreat. Franks, who is expected to redshirt, was an early enrollee for the Gators.
