We have 3 different kinds of Tigers in the SEC, but no Lions or Bears. Following Week 9, we also don’t have Wildcats, Gators or Gamecocks.

After a hectic Saturday of conference competition, the creative crew of SEC Shorts had plenty of material to craft their Week 9 skit. With the calendar turning to November, SEC Shorts embraced spooky season and brought back its iconic barbershop quartet, which ends programs’ seasons by singing to them.

The skit opens with everyone in a kitchen, presumably for a Halloween party. Auburn is checking its phone, waiting for Hugh Freeze to be fired despite its victory over Arkansas. Moments later, local news reveals Florida and Kentucky’s seasons were “found dead.” Then, phone service dips, leading Auburn to walk to an isolated room, where it encounters the barbershop quartet.

Throughout the skit, the barbershop quartet picks off numerous teams, including Oklahoma and South Carolina. While this happens, Mississippi State actively seeks out the quartet, begging mercifully for things to end. At the same time, Missouri and Texas A&M are trying to escape its wrath. They temporarily interact with LSU, who’s celebrating with some drinks following the Brian Kelly firing.

Does Missouri’s season end? What happened to Texas A&M? To find out, you can watch the full skit below:
