Mississippi State has a lengthy injury report for its home game against Samford today.

That makes six players — three on both offense and defense — who won’t suit up for the Bulldogs (2-5) against their FCS opponent.

Freshman offensive lineman Darryl Williams is out after needing to be carried off the field on a stretcher during last week’s game, and he’s joined by position mate Deion Calhoun on the injury report. Senior running back Brandon Holloway, who has 208 yards and a touchdown this season, is also out.

The biggest contributor who won’t play is senior defensive lineman A.J. Jefferson, who has 10 tackles for loss this season. Mississippi State’s defense will also be without the services of defensive backs Jamal Peters Kivon Coman.

The Bulldogs face Samford at 3:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.
