Smylie Kaufman: LSU football more stressful than The Masters
By Nick Cole

Former LSU golfer Smylie Kaufman teed off at Sunday’s final round of The Masters one stroke behind leader Jordan Spieth.
With the whole world watching, you’d think that the pressure on the 24-year-old making his first appearance in the major golf tournament.
But he says watching an LSU football game on Saturday is a more stressful experience, according to an interview with CBS Sports:
“LSU football is one of the most painful things to watch ever really,” said Kaufman. “That just speaks to how big of a fan I am, though. [My win last fall in] Vegas is different because I came from so far back. I had to just wait so long to see if I had a chance to win. I think that is why it was so comparable to watching the LSU football game.”
I think it’s safe to say Kaufman is not alone when he says he stresses over the cardiac performances of Les Miles’ Bayou Bengals.
Kaufman has received a ton of support from LSU during his Masters run, including tweets from Tigers football players.
Kaufman received a couple of tweets from Tigers RB Leonard Fournette, who he has endorsed for Heisman on his golf clubs, that made his day.
Give the Heisman to my savage @SmylieKaufman10 lets get it today ?
