Demetrius Watson, from North Charleston, announced his pledge to South Carolina on Sunday evening via his Twitter account.

Watson, out of Fort Dorchester, is rated 3-stars by 247Sports but does not have an industry-generated Composite rating. Watson’s 247Sports profile shows he also has scholarship offers from Arizona State, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Syracuse and Virginia Tech.
