South Carolina has made it 2 straight SEC Media Days releasing a hype video with a memorable theme.

Last year was a Soulja boy video which went viral as coach Shane Beamer put on sunglasses as lights flashed in a meeting room. The video generated more than 2 million views on Twitter alone.

This year, it’s a Sopranos-theme video that shows Beamer driving through Columbia, and making calls as the Gamecocks took a page from the popular and legendary drama on HBO. The “credits” flashed on the screen highlighting assistant coaches and other staff members.

The video channels the opening credits for HBO’s popular series which showed main character Tony Soprano leaving New York City and driving past various landmarks in northern New Jersey before he arrived at his home.

Justin King spearheaded the production of the video, and he also did last year’s video.
