South Carolina signs 4-star 2022 QB from Alabama, a former Oregon commit

South Carolina now has a second quarterback in its 2022 recruiting class.
Already, the Gamecocks have signed 4-star QB Braden Davis as part of the class. Now, they’ve managed to flip and sign Tanner Bailey, another 4-star QB, away from Oregon.
Bailey announced his decision via Twitter on Saturday afternoon:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Bailey is the No. 14 quarterback in the class of 2022 and the No. 11 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
The Gamecocks now have 22 players in their 2022 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 24 in the nation and No. 11 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
