Spencer Rattler reveals jersey number for South Carolina

Spencer Rattler is heading to South Carolina for the 2022 season after transferring from Oklahoma.
He brings plenty of talent and heaps of expectations to Columbia. And, now, it appears he officially has a jersey number.
As you can see below, Rattler took to Twitter on Tuesday to post a picture of his locker, revealing that he’d wear the No. 7 jersey in 2022:

Rattler entered the 2021 season as one of the Heisman favorites, but lost his job to freshman Caleb Williams by the middle of Oklahoma’s season.
He threw for 1,483 yards, 11 touchdowns and 5 interceptions in 9 games during the 2021 season. We’ll see if he can improve on those numbers this fall.
