Back in February, it was reported that South Carolina coach Will Muschamp purchased a lovely 9,417-square-foot lake house.

Well, it looks like that’s not all of the real estate that Muschamp plans to own in the Greater Columbia area.

According to a report from The State, Muschamp has purchased a 796-square-foot condo in a development called Carolina Walk, which is located across the street from Williams-Brice Stadium.

The previous owner? None other that The Head Ball Coach himself.

The newspaper reports that Steve Spurrier purchased this small pad with his wife, Jerri, for $221,212 back in 2006.

That makes the $130,000 that Muschamp reportedly paid for the sixth-floor unit seem like a bargain, though its latest tax value is reported to be $141,900.
