Staying in state: Alabama picks up commitment from 4-star 2019 CB Christian Williams

The Alabama Crimson Tide started slowly during the 2018 recruiting cycle, but the 2019 cycle is going much better.
On Monday, the Tide landed another big-time defender, this one a home-state product.
As you can see below, 4-star 2019 CB Christian Williams, a Daphne native, announced he was committing to the Tide via Twitter:

According to the 247Sports composite, Williams is the No. 10 corner in the class of 2019 and the No. 4 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
Prior to Williams’ commitment, Alabama had six players in its 2019 class. That class ranked No. 7 in the SEC and No. 13 nationally, per 247Sports, but those ranks will likely go up a bit once Williams is added to the mix.
