Stetson shared a congratulatory message for his younger brother on his Instagram story shortly after the announcement was made.

Stetson, of course, left quite the legacy at Georgia. He helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2021 and 2022 national championships — the program’s first titles in more than 40 seasons. He was named the offensive MVP in both national title victories. His accolades also include a second-team All-SEC nod and the Burlsworth Trophy in 2022.

Knox has already played 1 season of college baseball. He will be transferring from Chipola College, where he hit .350 with 3 home runs and 21 RBI last season as a freshman.

Bennett is listed at 6-foot-3, 225 pounds. He was an infielder at Chipola last season and could play in a variety of roles for the Bulldogs next season.

Georgia baseball has advanced to the finals of the Athens Regional. The Bulldogs will have 2 chances to defeat Georgia Tech to clinch their first regional victory since 2008. UGA is currently +1700 to win the national championship, according to the latest odds from FanDuel.
