TCU players evidently have plenty of time on their hands to work on a dance video for TikTok, and have unleashed it on the world.
The players, Quincy Brown, Dominic Dinunzio and D’Arco Perkins-McAllister performed the dance, complete with hand motions, and moves where they laid on the floor for a moment.
On the field, TCU has a first-year coach in Sonny Dykes, who spent the past 4 seasons at SMU. He replaced Gary Patterson after the former coach and TCU mutually agreed to part ways with 4 games left last season.
The Horned Frogs were picked seventh in the this year’s Big 12 preseason media poll.

Dykes will try and decide the quarterback competition between Max Duggan and Chandler Morris. But there are plenty of key players, including WR Quentin Johnston, OL Steve Avila, LB Dee Winters and CB Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, who represented the team last month at Big 12 Media Days. Johnston and Hodges-Tomlinson were named to the preseason All-Big 12 team.
The Horned Frogs haven’t been to a bowl game since 2018, and have struggled in recent years with records of 5-7, 6-4, 5-7 and 7-6, which was the last time the Horned Frogs appeared in, and won, the Cheez-It Bowl.
This season will show if TCU can play like they dance, and if that translates to wins.
