TD Moultry had a big year for the Auburn Tigers’ defense in 2021, getting the season started on the right foot.

By the time the 2021 campaign was done, Moultry, an edge rusher, had a career-high 33 tackles (7.5 for a loss) and 3.5 sacks.

Now, Moultry is going to try to capitalize on that big year. He announced on Sunday night that he was forgoing a final year of eligibility and entering the 2022 NFL Draft:

Auburn’s defense is getting a couple of key players back, but losing Moultry, among others, will hurt.

We’ll see where Moultry ends up getting drafted. He could be an interesting Day 2 prospect if he has strong performances at the NFL Combine and his Pro Day.
