Teez Tabor was at the very center of Florida‘s last victory at LSU, almost a decade ago.

It was in 2016, when the Gators played in Baton Rouge in an even year because the game got moved to Tiger Stadium due to a hurricane. The safety made it happen that day at Death Valley, leading Florida to a 16-10 victory on Nov. 19, 2016, in a matchup of ranked teams.

Tabor, who was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the second round in 2017 and went on to lengthy career in the NFL, doesn’t want LSU to be 3-0 by night’s end, and the Florida football social media account released a hype video on Friday night that is narrated by Tabor.

It’s sure to get the juices flowing for the Gators and for UF fans who desperately want to put last week’s shocking loss behind them.

Here is the 1-minute-long video in the leadup to the SEC opener for both teams:

So, Saturday night’s 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff on ABC features an unranked Florida team against an LSU team that is ranked 3rd and trying to get to 3-0.

Late Saturday night, we’ll know whether Florida got that elusive win in Baton Rouge and if UF’s 2025 season is back on track in a big way.
