Tennessee added a key in-state target to its 2025 recruiting class on Monday night.

Morris had been committed to USC since April of this year. However, the Vols continued to recruit him throughout this process and even brought him in on an official visit earlier this month.
Morris is listed as an athlete, but he’s expected to play running back at the next level. He’s listed at 5-foot-10, 180 pounds.
Morris is the No. 498 overall player and the No. 29 athlete in the country for the class of 2025, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 16 player from the state of Tennessee.
He attends Oakland High School in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He also took visits to programs such as Colorado and Auburn during his recruitment process.
Tennessee now has 25 commitments in the class of 2025. The group sits at No. 7 in the national rankings, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
