Tennessee had 1 of the coolest jersey reveals last week for their game against Kentucky that took over social media. The Volunteers ended up wearing the Dark Mode jerseys that Josh Heupel brought to the program in 2021. Those jerseys have become very popular at Tennessee, and the team tends to wear them at least once a year.
The Volunteers host the Mississippi State Bulldogs this weekend, and they are going with a more traditional uniform combination this weekend in their game.

Mississippi State has had a really tough season, but is coming off its 2nd win of the season last week against Massachusetts. The Bulldogs haven’t won an SEC game this season, and have been defeated by at least 10 points in every conference game.
The game against the Bulldogs is Homecoming for the Volunteers, and it could be a potential trap game on the schedule. Tennessee has its biggest game of the season next week as it travels to Athens to take on the Bulldogs. Earlier in the year against Florida, the Volunteers looked very lethargic and were outplayed for the majority of that game. Their game the following week was against Alabama.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and the game will be on ESPN.
