Tennessee is going with its classic look for the last game of the year on Rocky Top.

The Volunteers will sport their traditional white helmets, orange jerseys and white pants for the regular-season finale against Vanderbilt.

UT is celebrating a senior class that went through a major change. After the 2020 season, Jeremy Pruitt was fired due to NCAA violations. Athletic director Danny White turned to his former UCF coach, Josh Heupel, to lead the program in a new direction.

Under Heupel, the Vols have gone 25-12 in 3 seasons. Tennessee exceeded expectations in Year 1 with Heupel, notching a 7-5 record in the regular season for a 3rd-place SEC East finish, making the Music City Bowl. Last year’s team picked up 11 wins, highlighted by victories of Alabama, Clemson and LSU.

The 2023 season has not gone as the Vols had hoped. UT enters Saturday’s game 7-4 on the year. Heupel’s squad can snap its current 2-game losing skid and pick up some momentum for the bowl game with a rivalry win over Vanderbilt.

Saturday’s game is set for 3:30 p.m. ET, airing on the SEC Network.
