Texas has its running back in the class of 2024.
The Longhorns picked up a commitment from 4-star running back Christian Clark on Thursday. He chose Texas over programs such as Georgia, Florida State and Oregon, amongst others.

Clark is a big-time addition for Texas. He’s the No. 286 overall player and the No. 23 running back in the country for the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings. Clark is also the No. 3 player from the state of Arizona.
He attends Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix. He’s listed at 6-foot, 195 pounds.
Clark took his official visit to Texas this past weekend. He also took trips to Florida State and Oregon in recent weeks.
Texas is now up to 6 commits in the class of 2024. The Longhorns have added 3 recruits this month. Clark joins 4-star receiver Freddie Dubose and 4-star cornerback Santana Wilson as June additions.
