Top 10 running back Jashaun Corbin announces final 3, includes 2 SEC programs
After a long and winding recruitment, it’s time for Jashaun Corbin to make one final decision.
The all-purpose back from the Sunshine State has had a pretty unconventional recruitment over the last year. After committing to Tennessee last spring, Corbin later decommit from the Vols after landing an FSU scholarship offer. He soon committed to FSU and Jimbo Fisher. Then, following Fisher’s departure from Florida State, Corbin decided to decommit from the Seminoles.
The four-star RB is rated as the No. 8 all-purpose back in the nation by 247Sports Composite Rankings. He will officially visit Texas A&M this weekend and Tennessee before signing day.
With National Signing Day less than two weeks away, Corbin’s recruitment has come back around to a few coaches he knows well — Tennessee RB coach Robert Gillespie and Texas A&M RB coach Jay Graham and Fisher.
Thursday evening, Corbin announced he would be selecting between Tennessee, Texas A&M and TCU.
