If 4-star OT Doug Nester leaves West Virginia, there’s a 50-50 chance he brings his talents to the SEC.
Nester, rated the No. 6 offensive tackle and No. 48 overall recruit for 2019 by 247Sports, revealed a top five which includes Alabama and Florida on Monday via Twitter.
Nester has 17 offers, but says he’ll be focusing on the five schools above for the rest of his recruitment. The Spring Valley (Huntington, W.V.) product is listed at 6-foot-5, 295 pounds heading into his junior season. Alabama extended its offer to Nester on Saturday after he visited a UA camp. He took an unofficial visit to UF earlier in the month.
