UCF trolls Auburn, new head coach Gus Malzahn with strange Twitter post

The UCF Knights hired Gus Malzahn this offseason, bringing in the former Auburn coach to replace Josh Heupel, who is now at Tennessee.

On Monday afternoon, the UCF Twitter account seemed to troll Auburn and its new coach in the process.

As you can see below, the Knights have certainly had Auburn’s number in recent years. The pictures in the tweet below show UCF beating Auburn in football, baseball, men’s basketball and softball:

Obviously, Malzahn was Auburn’s head football coach at the time of that Peach Bowl loss to the Knights, so he probably won’t love seeing that tweet.

Either way, he’s on the UCF side of the rivalry now. Still, he probably won’t like that old wound being reopened.
