Many people think former Ohio State and Florida coach Urban Meyer will eventually take over the USC job if and when Clay Helton is fired.
However, on Wednesday, Meyer was asked about a different job, one that would drive many Big Ten fans insane.
Per ESPN, Meyer made an appearance on WBNS Radio in Columbus on Wednesday and was asked about potentially replacing Jim Harbaugh at Michigan:
When co-host Bobby Carpenter, a former Ohio State linebacker, jokingly asked Meyer about rumors that he could succeed Jim Harbaugh at Michigan, Meyer replied, “No, that’s not going to happen.”
Meyer had Michigan’s number during his time at Ohio State. Meanwhile, Jim Harbaugh is struggling during his tenure with the Wolverines.
It would be crazy to see Meyer in Ann Arbor, but crazier things have happened.
