Vanderbilt went with an all-white look for the Northern Illinois game on Sept. 17, its biggest road win of the 2022 season so far.
The Dores are 3-3 so far. Whether Vandy makes it to bowl eligibility (6 wins) remains to be seen.
Vanderbilt is on a 2-game losing skid, falling to Alabama (55-3) and Ole Miss (52-28). It’s an all-SEC scheduled the rest of the way, starting with Saturday’s game against the defending national champions.
VU is a 37.5-point underdog in the game. ESPN’s Football Power Index gives the Commodores a 1.4% chance of pulling off the massive upset based on simulations.
Kickoff in Athens is set for 3:30 p.m. ET. The game is set to air on the SEC Network.
