Judging by this video, posted by Alabama defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs, not only is the junior college transfer fitting in very well with the Crimson Tide but he and his teammates prove they know how to celebrate the achievement of completing one of Scott Cochran’s intense offseason workouts.

The video was posted Friday morning with the following caption, “This how we ended workouts this morning !!”:

While making it through an Alabama workout is indeed an achievement in of itself, Buggs’ next challenge is to make his presence felt on the field when it really matters.

The JUCO transfer will likely be expected to see the field immediately for the Crimson Tide next season following the team’s departures of so many elite defenders this offseason. After being ranked as the No. 2 overall junior college prospect in the nation last season, we’ll soon find out how well those rankings hold up when Buggs is matched up against elite SEC competition.
