The Mississippi State home crowd is fired up for its first SEC game in Starkville.

The combination of a late night SEC crowd with the famous cowbells made for a difficult environment for the LSU signal callers. So much so that ESPN’s Tom Luginbill decided to demonstrate how difficult it is to communicate with the crowd noise.

Brandon Harris has been a pleasant surprise for LSU fans during the LSU opener. With strong QB play, could LSU be a contender to win the SEC West? Of course having Leonard Fournette in your backfield makes playing quarterback a bit easier.

Regardless of who might be favored in the game, kudos to Mississippi State fans for bringing the energy to tonight’s game.
