Reactions and tributes have been pouring in Monday after the loss of legendary Arkansas coach Frank Broyles.
Between his stints as Razorbacks’ coach from 1958 to 1976 and then as the school’s athletic director from 1974 to 2007, it would be hard to argue there’s a bigger name than Broyles in Arkansas football history.
The SEC Network released a beautiful tribute to Broyles looking over his storied career in sports, including his time as a broadcaster opposite Keith Jackson. In narrator Paul Finebaum’s opinion, Broyles’ biggest accomplishment is as Arkansas’ athletic director when he led UA into the SEC.
