WATCH: Alabama starts National Championship Game with wild INT

Things couldn’t have started any better for Alabama on defense.
On the Bulldogs first drive on 3rd and seven, UGA QB Jake Fromm threw one up to wide receiver Javon Wims, and Alabama DB Tony Brown came down with a juggling interception.
What a play and start for the Crimson Tide.
Although Alabama came up empty on the ensuing drive (missed field goal), it was a solid start for the defense to gain some confidence early in the first half.
