No. 19 Auburn absolutely pounded LSU into submission Saturday 95-70.
AU was led by five different players scoring in double figures, and guard Mustapha Heron led the way with 21 points and nine rebounds. Desean Murray also added 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists.
Auburn improved to 19-2 overall and 7-1 in SEC play, while LSU fell to 12-8 overall and 3-5 in conference play.
With Auburn leading 73-50 with just under 10 minutes left to play, the Tigers did their best impression of the Harlem Globetrotters. The tweet from Skye Underwood summed it up perfectly: Auburn Globetrotters.
