WATCH: Danny Kanell says we ‘desperately’ need 8-team Playoff, lays out potential bracket

The College Football Playoff was seen by many as a step up from the BCS, which would only put two teams in the national title game.
However, even with four teams in the CFP, fans aren’t exactly thrilled. Count analyst Danny Kanell among those who want to see the Playoff expanded.
As you can see in the segment below, Kanell ranted against the current Playoff system, then set up this potential eight-team bracket:

Obviously, there’s not a lot of momentum for Playoff expansion among those in charge, but it’s possible that changes down the road.
For now, though, Kanell will continue to be upset about the way things are and nothing will be done about it.
