WATCH: ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay breaks down top 10 of his final 2018 mock draft

Thankfully, the time for mock drafts is nearing an end, at least for the 2018 NFL Draft.

But before we can kill them off for good, Todd McShay has one final mock draft to discuss heading into Thursday night’s first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The ESPN draft analyst shared the top 10 of his final mock and went into detail on the picks during a recent appearance on SportsCenter.

Before getting to the video, here is a breakdown of McShay’s top 10 in his final 2018 mock draft:

  • #1 Sam Darnold, USC, QB – Cleveland
  • #2 Saquon Barkley, Penn State, RB – NY Giants
  • #3 Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma, QB – NY Jets
  • #4 Bradley Chubb, NC State, DE, – Cleveland
  • #5 Josh Allen, Wyoming, QB – Buffalo *
  • #6 Quenton Nelson, Notre Dame, OG – Indianapolis
  • #7 Derwin James, Florida State, S – Tampa Bay
  • #8 Roquan Smith, Georgia, LB – Chicago
  • #9 Minkah Fitzpatrick, Alabama, S – San Francisco
  • #10 Josh Rosen, UCLA, QB – Arizona *

McShay projects Buffalo and Arizona to trade up for their selections, Denver currently owns the No. 5 pick and Oakland owns the No. 10 pick.
