Watch former Auburn LB Kevin Greene put on his Hall of Fame gold jacket

Former Auburn linebacker and NFL great Kevin Greene was officially inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Thursday night.

Greene was presented with his gold jacket.

Originally a walk-on at Auburn, Greene made 69 career tackles as an outside linebacker, including 11 sacks his senior year. He won the Defensive Player of the Year Award in 1984.

Greene was also commissioned a second lieutenant in the Alabama Army National Guard after completing ROTC while at Auburn.

He went on to become a five-time Pro Bowler and was named to the 1990s All-Decade Team. Greene played in the NFL for 15 years. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 1985 draft by the Los Angeles Rams.
