The division races are starting to heat up in the SEC as Alabama, Auburn and Texas A&M (believe it or not) are the lone West teams without a blemish on their league marks. Meanwhile, in the East, Florida and Georgia appear poised for a de facto division title game showdown in Jacksonville in late October.

In Week 6, the SEC’s top two ranked teams hit the road for games against division opponents. While both are heavy favorites, playing on the road in conference play often leads to upsets in college football.

The nationally televised CBS game of Week 6 is LSU’s trip to Gainesville. Despite the embarrassing loss to Troy, the Tigers could gain back some respect by beating the Gators in the Swamp after last season’s letdown in Baton Rouge.

Here’s a first look at the opening lines for Week 6:

  • #5 Georgia (-15.5) at Vanderbilt
  • Ole Miss at #13 Auburn (-21)
  • LSU at #21 Florida (-4)
  • Arkansas at South Carolina (-1.5)
  • #1 Alabama (-21) at Texas A&M
  • Missouri at Kentucky (-13)
