Alabama coach Nick Saban is the best to ever coach the college game, but he’ll turn 68 during this upcoming season, so it’s fair to wonder when he’ll call it quits.

He may have a few years left in him, but eventually, he’ll retire and Alabama will have to hire a guy to replace a legend.

So, who will that be? Oddsmakers at Sportsline named a number of candidates and created odds for them. As you can see below, there are some interesting names on the list (via 247Sports):

  • Dabo Swinney: 3/1
  • Kirby Smart: 5/1
  • Lincoln Riley: 5/1
  • Mark Dantonio: 5/1
  • Jeremy Pruitt: 6/1
  • Will Muschamp: 6/1
  • Urban Meyer: 8/1
  • Jimbo Fisher: 8/1
  • Pete Carroll: 10/1
  • Bob Stoops: 15/1

Considering Carroll is also turning 68 this year, that doesn’t seem like a smart bet. Some of these other guys will be names to watch in the future, though.
